A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the University of Cape Coast, Ghana & Gujarat University. Both the respective Honourable Vice Chancellors, Prof. Johnson Nyarko Boampong and Prof. Himanshu Pandya, were present for signing the same. This MOU was made to strengthen links for cooperation in Science, technology, and sustainability. Sustainable Development is closely linked to the use of science and technology. It draws attention to the dynamic interactions between both nature and the society.
The event was made successful with the presence of the Honourable V.C. of UOK, Prof. (Dr.) Nilofer Khan, Director IIS, Shri Sudhanshu Jangir, all the faculties, staff, and students of IIS.
This MOU will further boost the relations between the two countries while increasing future opportunities for students of both institutions. IIS looks forward to working as per the vision of Gujarat University. We believe it is a big step for the upcoming innovative educational plans of GU and students will get great exposure working either overseas or with people of different regions, and that is how new ideas could come. We look forward to a bright educational future for Gujarat University.
